What brought you to the apartment industry?
Tammy Lee! She's the best recruiter in the game. I worked with First Management (now Freeman Webb) at Chelsea Place during college.
Was this career path something that was always on your radar?
My mother was a supplier in the industry, so I knew it was an option. I always assumed I'd be in some type of sales, though I thought I'd stay onsite.
Why is property management an attractive career path?
Property Management is an amazing career path because of the multiple different avenues available to you- the developer, management, and supplier options are limitless. There are so many options for so many different skill sets.
Best professional advice you’ve ever been given?
The best professional advice I've been given to is pause. Pause before responding to an email, pause before giving your opinion- just simply pause and give yourself time before responding
What is your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
Reading, yoga, & wine
Do you have any pets?
Ophelia, my perfect 6-year-old cat.

What upcoming GNAA event are you excited to attend and why?
Gala- I missed it so much last year!
Do you have a motto you live by?
When you can't find the sunshine, BE the sunshine.
Any advice that you could give to the rising stars of GNAA?
Sit with people you don't know at GNAA events. You never know who you'll meet!
